ROOMS: Rooms have at least 48 hour cancellation deadline (6 PM two days before arrival). Your reservation is guaranteed with your credit card and your room will be held for you until 9 AM the day after your scheduled arrival. Reservations made after 6 pm two days prior to arrival require full pre-payment. In this case, your card will be charged at the time of reservation.
Weekends and holiday periods from May through September have a cancellation fee equal to two night’s stay plus tax. For groups and stays longer than 4 nights, a longer cancellation deadline, minimum stay requirement, deposit and cancellation charges may apply. ROOM CANCELLATIONS: If your plans change and you need to cancel, you must call 1-888-999-1145 or 1-989-539-0706 sooner than 6:00 PM Eastern Time the day of your cancellation deadline or your card will be charged a cancel fee as described in your confirmation email. If you do call to cancel, remember to retain the cancellation number we give you as proof of your call. We are not able to process email cancellations.
COTTAGES: Cottages have a 3-night minimum reservation and require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cottage reservations made after 6 pm two days prior to arrival require full pre-payment. Your card will be charged when your confirmation is issued. Cottages are held until 9 AM the day following your scheduled arrival.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: All lodging deposits and payments are nonrefundable. Full payment is due on arrival. We are not able to refund for early departure or late arrival.
Security Deposit Note: We require a $75 credit card authorization or cash security deposit on all rooms and cottages. The security deposit is refundable when the accommodations have been checked by management after departure. Cash deposits are refunded with a mailed check.
CHECK IN: Rooms 3:00 PM, Cottages 2:00 PM.
CHECK OUT: Rooms 11:00 AM, Cottages 10:00 AM. Later checkout times may be available for a fee.
PETS: Well-mannered pets are welcomed. Pets must be registered and are subject to posted Pet Policies. Pet fee is $15 per pet per night. Guests are responsible for unusual cleaning charges and damage.
SMOKING: Lakeside’s indoor areas are SMOKE-FREE and POT-FREE. Individuals may not smoke, vape, burn candles or incense in our lodging accommodations. Lakeside does NOT allow marijuana leaves, seeds, oils or smoke indoors. Leave your marijuana products in your vehicle. Failure to follow these policies will result in a substantial increase to your daily rate.
CAMPFIRES: Campfires and BBQs are allowed at the cottages and at the pavilion only.
ROLL-AWAY/PORTA-CRIB: A roll-away bed is available for $10 nightly in the Standard Double room only. Call to request the porta-crib.
